Putthaus Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

By entering or using Putthaus and its golf simulator facilities, you acknowledge that golf and golf simulator activities involve risks of injury.

These risks may include, among other things, being struck by a golf club or golf ball, slips and falls, contact with equipment or other people, equipment malfunction, and injuries resulting from swinging a golf club or participating in golf-related activities.

You voluntarily choose to participate and assume the ordinary risks associated with these activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, you release and agree not to hold Putthaus, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the ordinary risks associated with your voluntary participation or use of the facility.

You are responsible for using the facility and equipment safely, maintaining an appropriate distance from anyone swinging a golf club, and following all posted rules and instructions.

You are also responsible for the conduct and safety of any minors under your supervision.

Nothing in this waiver is intended to waive liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
