By booking or using Putthaus, you agree to the following terms.

Reservations and Payments

Reservations are subject to availability. Prices, booking requirements, cancellation policies, and refund policies may be displayed at the time of booking.

You agree to provide accurate contact and payment information when making a reservation.

Facility Use

Guests must use the golf simulators, clubs, equipment, furniture, and facility responsibly and follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

Unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior is not permitted.

Guests may be responsible for damage caused by intentional, reckless, or improper use of Putthaus property or equipment.

Guests and Minors

The person making the reservation is responsible for their guests and for making sure everyone in their group follows these Terms.

Minors must be appropriately supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.

Timing

Reservations are for the time period booked. Guests are responsible for ending play and leaving the simulator area when their reservation ends unless additional time has been purchased or approved.

Personal Property

Putthaus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Liability

Participation in golf and use of golf simulator equipment involves certain risks. By using the facility, you acknowledge and accept those risks as described in the Putthaus Liability Waiver.

Changes

Putthaus may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the website or booking platform at the time of use will apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
